Siqi Song is an Oscar-Nominated Director and Filmmaker. Her 2020 film SISTER garnered both an Oscar and an Annie Award nomination. Siqi has directed projects for brands such as Disney, Mattel, Verizon and Mailchimp, and recently directed an episode of She Creates Change series with Nexus Studios and Warner Bros​.

In addition to directing, Siqi has worked as a Set Designer and Model Maker for major studios, including LAIKA Studios on Missing Link, A24 on Marcel the Shell with Shoes On, and Netflix on StoryBots. Her accolades include being named a Film Independent Directing Fellow, a BAFTA Los Angeles Newcomer, and a BAFTA Breakthrough Animator.

Siqi Song is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and BAFTA. She is an alumnus of the Experimental Animation program at the California Institute of the Arts and the China Central Academy of Fine Arts.
